Lemon Pepper Fettuccini with Chicken

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

2 Tbs Olive Oil

1 Tsp Oregano

¼ Cup Chopped Fresh Basil

2 cloves Garlic, peeled & minced

½ onion chopped fine

8 Black Olives (pitted) & sliced

1 lb Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast

8 oz Lemon Pepper Fettuccini

 

Grill or Steam Chicken Breasts and cut in to 1” chunks

Cook Pasta according to directions, drain and keep warm

 

In large skillet, add olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft (3-4 minutes)

Add remaining ingredients except cheese to skillet with cut up chicken, increase heat to medium, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

In large bowl, toss with hot Sauce, sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
